These rules protect the Odin Legend Universe, its artwork, and its community. By using this website or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

1. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Odin Legend™ (including Odin Legend Universe, Odin Legend Coloring Books, websites, social media, downloadable files, and printed products) is owned by Odin Legend™ unless stated otherwise.

Fictional universes, lore, characters, names, and mythology
Illustrations, artworks, designs, pages, covers, and assets
Videos, animations, audiovisual content
Logos, brand names, typography, visual identity
Texts, titles, descriptions, slogans

2. Trademark

“Odin Legend™” and related identifiers are proprietary brand assets. You may not use the name or branding for commercial purposes without written permission.

3. Prohibited Use

Unless explicitly authorized in writing by Odin Legend™, you may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content
Resell or redistribute digital files or assets
Use content for commercial, promotional, or advertising purposes
Repost content on other websites, marketplaces, or platforms as your own

4. AI / Training / Scraping / NFT Restrictions

Odin Legend™ content may not be used to train AI systems, scraped into datasets, minted as NFTs, or used in generative systems without explicit written authorization.

5. Sales Platforms (Shopify & Etsy)

Products may be sold via the official website, Shopify, Etsy, and third-party fulfillment partners. By purchasing, the customer agrees to Odin Legend™ policies and platform terms.

6. Merchandise – Final Sale

All Odin Legend™ merchandise is FINAL SALE. No returns. No exchanges. No refunds.

Purchases are made at the buyer’s own risk (size choice, address accuracy, purchase decision).

7. Print-on-Demand Variations

Minor variations in color, print placement, fabric texture, or stitching may occur and do not qualify for refunds. Screen-to-product differences are normal.

8. Shipping & Risk Transfer

Once a package is handed to the carrier, the risk transfers to the customer. Odin Legend™ is not responsible for carrier delays, customs, taxes, or theft after confirmed delivery.

9. Collectible Cards – Limited Refund Exception

Only official Odin Legend™ collectible cards may qualify for a limited replacement/refund in the event of carrier-confirmed loss or major transit damage with proof.

Clear photo evidence required

10. Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable due to irreversible delivery. Redistribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Fraud & Chargebacks

Odin Legend™ may refuse service, cancel suspicious orders, contest fraudulent chargebacks, and ban abusive accounts.

12. Limitation of Liability

Odin Legend™ is provided “as is.” Odin Legend™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of income, or any misuse of products.

13. Updates & Governing Law

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Disputes are handled under the applicable jurisdiction where Odin Legend™ operates.
